The Atex AR950FA is a 4WD ride-on brushcutter / mower for grassed slopes and heavy vegetation up to 25 degrees. The low centre-of-gravity and on-demand 4wd system gives excellent stability, grip and agility in difficult conditions. The commercial grade Kawasaki engine will deliver great performance, efficiency and durability. Featuring an industry-first front suspension system, generous seat, flat clean floor and rubber floor mat, the Atex AR950 provides class leading ergonomics, comfort and NVH (noise, vibration, harshness). The deep deck and heavy-duty blades cut heavy vegetation with ease, as well as a neat finish on lawn areas.

ENGINE

• Powered by a commercial Kawasaki FS691 V-Twin petrol engine with electronic ignition producing 24Hp / 15.3Kw at 3600 rpm.

• The engine cover tilts fully open for easy access for engine cleaning and servicing.

• The easy reach fuel tank has 14 Litre capacity.
• An integrated fuel level gauge is conveniently located alongside the filler cap.

DRIVELINE

• The hydrostatic (HST) drive transmission provides continuously variable ground speed while maintaining optimal engine rpm for cutting deck and driving performance.
• The variable forward and reverse speed is controlled by either a double acting foot pedal or hand lever.

• Automatic on demand 4wd engagement. Rear wheels drive in normal conditions but automatically shift to 4WD when slip detected in rear wheels. This provides a more fuel-efficient driving and better turning
• The HST foot pedal is adjustable by 50mm to provide a more comfortable driving position.

• The variable forward and reverse HST drive can also be controlled by the hand lever allowing both feet to be firmly planted on the rubber floor for better operator stability in steep conditions.

• Heavy duty guarded front axle hubs.

• The foot and parking brake is located on the left-hand side.

• The rear diff lock is operated by hand lever control on the left-hand side when maximum traction is required for climbing and soft ground conditions.

• The industry-first front suspension system significantly improves ride comfort in rough conditions.

MOWING DECK

• Cutting width of 950mm

• Built in wash port for simply deck cleaning after mowing.

• Cutting deck height is step-less and set by a variable height stop
• Deck Raise/Lower is featherlight due to spring and hydraulic dampener

• The optional protection frame can be used in open spaces.

• The frame can be folded down for when mowing under trees and low obstacles.

• Heavy duty bull bar provides increased protection when pushing into vegetation.
