    Civiline Track 50 Slope Mower

The Civiline Track 50 is a remote-controlled, self-propelled mulch and flail mower built for tough slopes and challenging terrain. Perfect for embankments, roadsides, hillsides, fire trails and rail corridors, this powerful machine handles heavy scrub and undergrowth with ease. Often described at demonstrations as “more like a remote-control slasher than a mower,” it cuts waist-high growth, saplings up to 70 mm and small shrubs and plants. With twin high-grip, self-tensioning rubber tracks, the Track 50 tackles slopes up to 55 degrees, delivering precision and power where other mowers simply can’t reach.

FEATURES OF THE CIVILINE 'TRACK 50' SLOPE MOWER

    Power Unit

    Civiline Track 50 Engine

Powered by a 3-cylinder turbo 49 hp Perkins diesel engine delivering 36 kw, this remote-control mower features electronic engine speed control for better performance at lower revs and a dual-element Donaldson air cleaner for engine protection. A Flexxaire fan maintains safe temperatures and clears debris in reverse. An electrical isolator switch adds safety and the 29-litre fuel tank provides 5 to 7 hours of operation depending on conditions.

    Cutting Heads & Chassis

    Civiline Track Cutting Head

Two cutting heads are available to suit different terrain and growth. The Y-Flail head is ideal for grass and light regrowth, while the forestry head tackles saplings, shrubs and heavier scrub. Both heads feature 360° swinging hammers for powerful, efficient cutting in even the toughest conditions.

    Civiline Track 50 Forestry Head

The 360° swinging hammers prevent rotor damage even in heavy contact. With an overall cutting width of 1500 mm (48 inches), the cutting head floats to maintain an even cut across uneven terrain.

    Civiline Track Hydraulic Door

A hydraulically operated front door provides effortless access to the cutting head and internal components, making maintenance quick and simple, while also allowing debris to be efficiently expelled during operation for uninterrupted performance.

    Civiline Track Rear Roller

A rear roller maintains a consistent cutting height even on uneven or sloping terrain, ensuring an even, professional-quality finish across the entire area. It also helps stabilize the machine during operation, improving traction and control while reducing scalping or missed patches for a cleaner, more precise result every time.

    Civiline Track 50 Widening

Variable track widening allows the Track 50 to adapt to different terrain and obstacles, improving stability and performance on slopes and uneven ground.

    Track 50 Under body

A tough, structurally integrated underbody skin protects the engine, bearings and components, keeping debris, fragments and grit out and ensuring long-lasting performance.

    Civiline Track Roll Bar

A robust roll bar, integrated into the chassis, provides added protection and can also be used to hoist the vehicle if needed. The frame features a 4-point lifting attachment system and front and rear fastening points for optional tools and equipment, enhancing versatility and ease of use.

    Civiline Track 50 Working Angle

The Track 50 easily handles slopes up to 55 degrees under its own wheel drive, delivering power and stability where other mowers can’t reach.

    Civiline Track 50 Working Angle

Extraordinary as it seems, this is a 55-degree slope—well beyond what would normally be considered maintainable. Yet the Track 50 handles it with ease, proving it is more than capable of tackling the steepest and most challenging terrain.

    Remote Control System

Civiline Track 50 Remote Control System

The remote control operates all Track 50 functions from up to 150 m away. Designed for two-hand operation, it comes with a belt strap so the operator can wear it securely. If the controller is dropped or hands are released, the controls automatically revert to neutral and the Track 50 stops for safety. The controller provides precise forward and reverse track speed control, real-time critical machine data, adjustable offset for maintaining direction, LED slope indicators and a range of other advanced features for complete control and peace of mind.
