Spider Slope Mower
Winch Operation
For extreme slopes, or loose or slippery conditions, the optional winch is deployed. In general, the drive wheels have sufficient power to drive up the extreme slopes, however, the winch ensures machine stability, improves wheel traction and prevents roll-over. Photograph for illustration purposes - standard specifications may not match those shown. |
The light weight machine is easily towed behind a sedan or ute.

These photographs were taken on slopes at Grafton NSW.

The winch operation does not require the operator to manage any other control, simply control the forward/reverse drive as per normal and the winch feeds in/out in a synchronised way with drive direction. These photographs were taken on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Please Note: Photographed slopes appear less inclined than in real life. The typical SLR camera, whether digital or film, significantly reduces the apparent slope in a photograph. To assess how these working shots compare to your applications, take a series of photographs of the areas that you need cut and compare.
